Having been an official resident studying in Santiago de Compostela since September now, I have noticed that there are more than a few places that I tend to frequent as they never disappoint! I also consult this list of places to suggest to guests coming to visit if they ask for recommendations for their own trip itinerary.

If you are a Spanish student wondering where to choose to go, or simply just a student wanting to travel to somewhere new in order to experience the culture, then I hope this inspires you to pick Santiago de Compostela as your destination, you wont regret it!

If you’re looking at this post you’re probably searching for some inspiration for your year abroad, deciding if teaching english is for you (or you could just be looking for a bit of distraction therapy from any assessments you’ve got pending…).
